Patrick is the Senior Partner at Terra law LLC and is recognised as a notable practitioner (Band 4) for ‘Real Estate (Singapore)’ through Chambers Asia Pacific 2024.

He advises clients on a diverse spectrum of real estate property law. He has acted in more than 50 collective sale transactions and property development projects, consisting of commercial, industrial and residential land, from 8 units to over 599 units. He has undertaken real estate transactions including tenders, private treaties, development and sales of commercial, industrial and residential properties, refinancing arrangements, amalgamation of titles, subdivisions, privatisation of estates, leases and tenancies as well as property disputes. Patrick routinely advises property developers on the acquisition of land for redevelopment and on property-related investment transactions.

 

Patrick has also advised clients on a wide variety of commercial and corporate share transactions involving property investments and holding companies, including acquisitions, joint venture agreements and structuring of companies.

 

He is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and Singapore Academy of Law and is a Notary Public.
