Our AI Policy

Where applicable, we may employ AI as an enabler to assist and facilitate the matters that we handle, thus increasing efficiency and delivering better service to our clients.

While an increasingly significant tool globally, we remain mindful and vigilant of its use. We have set out the following parameters to ensure that such use protects our clients, their data and any confidential information that they have, and complies with local laws and regulations:

  1. Data protection and confidentiality: We have safeguards to protect our clients’ data and privacy throughout our engagement with our clients.
  2. Cybersecurity: We have cybersecurity measures in place to guard against security threats and breaches.
  3. Open engagement: We correspond openly with our clients who may have any queries in relation to AI, and tailor our use to suit our clients’ needs and the sensitivities of their matters. Clients can inform us to opt out of the use of AI.
  4. Human oversight and accountability: We train our employees to be aware of AI, it’s limitations and parameters required. We work with third party contractors to ensure that these parameters are in place. We fact check and exercise oversight of results generated by AI.
